Eddie was born October 3rd 1919 on a farm in Morrison County near Harding to Joseph and Agnes (Gallus) Krych.  He married Rita Pintok on June 27, 1944 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic church in Opole.  He has lived in the Holdingford area since 1935.  Eddie worked as a farmer his entire life.  He also was a school bus driver, as well as a milk truck and bulk tank driver for Nentl’s and the Holdingford Creamery.  He was an active member of St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church where he volunteered as an usher for over 35 years, and a trustee for over 8 years.

Eddie will forever be remembered as a selfless, compassionate, and hard working family man.  He made a point to put others before himself his entire life.  Eddie always enjoyed life.  In their early years as a couple, Rita and Eddie loved frequenting social events such as neighbors house parties, dance halls, and card parties.  They were also known for being quite the polka dancers.
